Everything that you indicated I did no less than 10 times. I never received an token to my Email accounts. I attempted to have it sent to two different email addresses. Again, never received an email back with the required token. I was forced to use their Chat service. Which was equally not helpful. To say the service has been poor would be accurate thus far. I was told that I should be hearing from another group with 1 business day. I was forced to send my Co files to them, so that they can reset them. I am in limbo right now. I am not in the least bit happy with the service or the situation.
Thanks for your input. I read the processes presented by Intuit, as well. The problem is they didn't work. That's the problem.
Last resort, purchase a 3rd party conversion service as I mentioned earlier.
