It’s not a cache problem. I routinely clean all of that up. This is very clearly something happening on the quickbooks side. Regardless of keyboard or mouse usage, each selection from a drop down menu reverts the focus back to the first input at the top of the screen. This is best demonstrated in a screen share, it’s hard to document how the screen essentially refreshes itself after each selection.
