Yes, that's right. When you invite a user to your QuickBooks company, they'll see the Let's go! link in their email. Once clicked, they'll be routed to the Sign in page (if they already have an account created).

Since they don't have an account yet, they should be seeing the Welcome to QuickBooks page. From there, they'll be asked to enter their email, name, phone number, password, and security questions. As I checked the attachment you've included in your post, I recommend minimizing the screen size by pressing (Ctrl + - ) to make the other details viewable.
If the same thing happens, probably, this is a browser-related issue. You can follow the steps below:
Step 1: Use an incognito window:
We asked them to use these shortcut keys depending on a browser their using:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
Step 2: Delete cache and temporary internet files:
