'Add subtotal' button missing

I can imagine your challenges with the absence of the Add subtotal option in the New Invoice experience recently introduced in QuickBooks Online. I appreciate you taking the time to bring this matter to my attention.

This will enable us to directly forward your feedback to our Product Development team, so they can consider reintroducing the Add subtotal option in future updates. 1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
3. Select Next to submit.

So you have no suggestions on how to move forward, just a canned response.  

Why would you even think to get rid of that? I use it all the time and today I'm missing it. Don't go backwards. Your price goes up and the usefullness goes down. I don't care for all the ads as well. I pay for this. If I don't want what's on your ads please get rid of them. They are completely muddying up the page. Thanks,

OMG - you took away a function?!?!? Who is your competitor? I need subtitles. Maybe they offer that

Where did the SUBTOTAL button go?  That was a vital function for those offering services and not just products. 

I need the Subtotal button back too!
