Over $100 price increase for online service from 744 to 860 announced at Christmas time, this is undoubtably a very high increase unjustified, whatever new service is being developed I don't want it, this is encouraging me to educate myself on other products like Netsuite from oracle to name one.
Nonsense $100 increase will drive customers away!
Thank you for posting this here in the Community, @ipakwine. Allow me to share what I know about your query.
Upon checking on the prices you've mentioned, these aren't for QuickBooks Online.
If you want to to see the latest pricing, go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/#
Additionally, would you mind sharing where did you get the amounts from? If you could share the link, it would be great.
I'd like to share this article about 2021 pricing updates in QBO.

Are you really considering NetSuite? NetSuite Pricing is derived based on number of users + platform fee. The platform fee consists of the base NetSuite version (Industry specific) and the number of functionality specific modules that a customer needs to meet their business needs. NetSuite is priced as an annual subscription. You can subscribe to NetSuite for as little as $99 per month per user and $999 per month for the platform fee. Depending on your requirements, the price will depend on the nature of the solution you require. You may contact us for assistance if you decide to migrate.
Anyway, send your reference regarding the price increase.
Anything is better than Intuit support which is non-existent. Intuit seems to be a company going in the wrong direction.
You should migrate to another accounting app immediately.
Maybe learn to not say anything unless you have something productive to say?
And your posts are basically useless, so again, if you don't have anything productive, just put a lid on it.
Thanks in advance.
If you are not satisfied with QB, you should migrate to another app. We can help convert your data. What's holding you back?
