Any way to attach PDF files using an Android phone? Works fine on iphone but only gives me an option for picture not pdf document on Android?

Thanks for taking the time to post this here in the Community, @Xrji515478. I'll share some insights about your concern, along with the steps to fix it so you can proceed to attach pdfs on your QuickBooks Online (QBO ) Mobile app.

You'll want to access your QBO account using the web version. This way, you can check in the Custom form styles if you've tick the box for PDF Attachments. Normally, when you've already set up your account using the web version, the account settings would also flow to your mobile app if you're going to access your account from there.

Once you're ready, these are the steps:

1. Go to Gear icon.
2. Under the Your Company column, select Custom form styles.
3. Click New style and then choose the prescribe form type.
4. Navigate to Emails section.
5. On How your invoice appears in emails section, tick the box for PDF Attach.
6. Click Done.

You'll then access your account in your QuickBooks Online mobile app, and then try to attach a pdf in your invoices.

In case the issue persists, you can consider uninstalling your QBO app and then installing it again. To do that, here's how:

To uninstall:

1. Hold or long press the QuickBooks Online icon.
2. Click on the (x) and select yes to uninstall.

To install:

1. Go to the Play or App store.
2. Search for the QuickBooks Online app.
3. Click on Install.

You be able to get back on track with your business once you've done this.
