Our live support has specific operating hours. Feel free to get in touch with them during those times so you can immediately get hold of an agent.

Anyone else have a total lack of customer service from Quickbooks? contant calling, using chat - all state will call you back but never happens.

I have spoken to numerous reps, because they don't allow you to speak with the actual department you have an issue with, who tell me to do this, do that... which I do. Still to no avail!!! I was suppose to have a contact meeting with assisted payroll today and it was suddenly canceled saying there was no need, follow these steps... WHICH I HAVE ALREADY DONE A FEW TIMES!!! I am getting SO frustrated with QB. You guys are becoming just like every other corporate business, and you do not care about your customers!!!!!!!!!

This isn't the kind of service we'd like you to experience. I'd also feed the same if I were in the same situation. With that said, let me take note of this and send it to the right department to improve our customer's experience. 

 

With regards to your payroll concerns, I'd be happy to assist you further. For me to better understand the issue, can you share more details about the problem? Any further info would be much appreciated.
