Anyone else using android phone saying unable to add trips?

Thanks for joining us today, travisjameselsto.

 

Normally, before you add trip, you'll want to turn on mileage tracking first. Here's how to do it in  QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) since you use it as your product tagging for your question:

 

  1. Open the QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app.
  2. Select the Mileage menu.
  3. Select the Auto-tracking switch to turn it ON.
  4. If you haven't already, enable location services on your mobile device. Here are the steps for Android devices.

On your Android, follow the steps below on how to add trips:

  1. Go to the Menu icon.
  2. Select the Mileage menu.
  3. Choose the Plus icon (+) and then Add business trip.
  4. Enter the trip details.
  5. When you're done, select Save.
