App is not working I cannot upload images.

I know how challenging it can be when the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app doesn't work as expected, @edgar17. Let’s work together to troubleshoot your device and get your app back on track so you can resume uploading your images without interruptions.

 

To begin, I'd like to ask if by “uploading images,” you mean attaching receipts or other documents to your records? If that’s the case, issues like this are often caused by damaged or stored cached files. To resolve this, let’s reset your app's data and refresh its settings to restore optimal performance.

 

For iOS

  1. Tap Settings, then locate General.
  2. Select iPhone Storage, then QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Press Offload App.

For Android

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Pick Settings, then Refresh Data.

  3. Hit YES to confirm.

 

Once refreshed, restart your mobile phone and check if the issue persists. If it does, let's uninstall and reinstall the app.

 

Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection and are using the latest version of the app. Updating it is essential for optimal performance and security.
