QuickBooks Online has pricing rules feature for products and services. This is currently running in beta testing for QBO users and should be available for everyone once the test is complete.

Just to set your expectation, the Advanced Pricing in QuickBooks Desktop may differ than the one we have in QBO. This is because the our online and desktop packages does not share the same database, hence, features and preferences might not always be the same.

What kind of "advance" do you need? If you are a wholesaler, you may need another app to manage multiple list price in multi currency for your reseller, and integrate it with your QBO account.

What happened to this feature? it has been a year and it is not in the current version. What can we do to expedite this important feature. It is in Desktop and works very well.... what's the problem?

Dear Jen, I have performed the transactions in the BETA version and it went very smooth. It worked well and I was able to apply a special price on an invoice to a particular customer and to a particular product. I tested it on an invoice and it performed as expected. I also tested the products on a different customer and the special prices did not come with the product. All good!! All the results from my tests did not produce any bugs or unexpected results as far as I can tell.
So, million $$$ question, when can I get this on the live version of my QBO ???
