Join nowRunning QB24 Enterprise. Trying to attach documents and when I'm in the Doc Center and click on "Files Missing" to relink our folder, it relinks the folder but at least 3 previous attachments become unattached and are in the folder now. I have to reattach them. I have verified and rebuilt our data file. Didn't fix it.
It is mostly on customer payments and credit memos, but some vendor bills too. Time frame is random also.
What else can I try?
Run the Condense Data utility with any scenario for trial purpose. Did you encounter any error message?
