Automated Invoice Reminders

I have read the instructions several times about how to turn on automatic invoice reminders.  However, when I go to company settings/sales/reminders there is NOT an option to switch on automatic invoice remeinders.  Anyone else had this issue?

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I have tested and confirmed that I am able to set up automated invoice reminders. However, to rule out browser-related issues, let us access your QuickBooks account using an incognito or private browsing window.  

 


 

Excessive cache stored in your browser can sometimes cause unexpected behaviour in the product, which may explain why you do not have the option to enable automatic invoice reminders.
 

Here's how: 

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

 

After logging in via an incognito or private window, please check if you can enable automated invoice reminders. If you are able to find the option, I recommend clearing your browser's cache, which will delete all data and help your browser function efficiently. 

 

In case the issue persists, please try using other supported browsers. This will help us determine if the issue is specific to your browser.
