Hi Taylor. I know how challenging it is to deal with the auto log-out issue while working on your account, but I can give you an idea on how to fix it.
The browser uses a cache for efficient loading of QuickBooks. Overtime it gets outdated, so you have to remove them to avoid possible viewing and performance issues with QBO.
To do that, return to your default or normal browser and clear its cache. Please select the appropriate link below:
Once done, you need to restart your browser and sign back into QuickBooks account to refresh the system. You can also use another supported browser as an alternative.
