Here’s how you can submit feedback:

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions. 
4. Then select Next to submit feedback.

In the meantime, you can manually add convenience fees to your invoices by creating a service item fee. Here's how you can do it:

1. In the left menu, choose Sales and go to the Product & services tab.
2. Click the New button and select Service.
3. In the Name field, enter a name for the service like Convenience Fee.
4. (Optional) From the Category ▼ dropdown, select the category that best describes the fee.
5. Fill out the other necessary fields.
6. Select Save and close.

Once you've set this up, you can easily add the fee to any new invoice you create.
