With a recent update, when creating Estimates -the private worksheet section- “notes only visible to you” has been removed. We heavily rely on this section and have used it for years. After 42 minutes of customer service trying to resolve the issue today, I was told “sorry this is the new update.” The section was replaced with “message to customer on statement” which would only be used if the estimate was later converted to an invoice. There are other places you can pre-write invoice messages making this even more unnecessary. What is necessary is a private worksheet area when creating estimates!
