Bank Account and Quick Books totals not matching

There are a couple of reasons why the amounts between your QuickBooks bank and the actual one are not the same, mmadras.

This includes duplicate or edited transactions in your bank register. There are also times that the recorded transaction in QBO is not yet cleared in the bank, which is why it's not yet in your bank statement. 

Let me share these steps that can help you figure out what's causing the issue:

1. Sort out your QuickBooks Online bank register by date and compare it with your bank statement.
2. Make sure to add or match all transactions before running your report.
3. You can run the Audit log to verify the details of the edited or deleted transactions.
