I can see the relevance of being to pay your bills in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Since the steps you followed in accessing the Melio payments were insufficient, it might be that your browser or internet is having an issue.
To help you fix this, I'd suggest opening the Melio payment website through another browser. Doing so, the issues brought on by a full cache prevent the cache from saving your browsing data.
You can utilize these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using.
If the steps above won't work, you can check other supported browsers as alternatives.
Also, I'd recommend contacting the Melio Customer Support Team. You can go to this link and navigate through the App information to get their phone number.
One of their representatives will guide you and do a further investigation of your concern.
