I'd like to clarify some things about why you're unable to use the Tab key properly when recording your bills.
We have a reported issue where users are unable to use the Tab key to its intended purpose on bills. Our engineers are currently working to fix the issue and ensure you'll be able to tab through the fields properly again.
In the meantime, you'll want to use your mouse to move through the fields when creating your bill.
I would also recommend contacting our support agents to add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be able to receive updates regarding the Tab key issue.
Here's how to reach them:
- Click the Help icon at the top right corner of the screen.
- Go to the Search tab, then click the Contact Us button.
- In the box, type something like "Tab key is not working properly on bills."
- Hit Continue, then click choose how you want to reach us (phone or chat).
