Hi all - the bug where you create an invoice, email it, and then edit the email in Outlook before sending, but it reverts to the template before sending is back.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create invoice, click "Email" button.
2. A draft email is created in Outlook from your default invoice template with the invoice attached.
3. Edit that email - add or remove text, and send.
4. Look in Sent Items. The sent email DOES NOT HAVE YOUR EDITS.
This is subtle, and super annoying - how often do you think to check if your e-mail got sent the way you wrote it? I only noticed cause I went back to copy some text that I had written for a new e-mail and saw that it was missing! THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE FOR ME AND MY CLIENTS.
I wish you didn't have to go through all these hurdles with invoice templates, @bitboyenterprises. Rest assured I'm here to help address your concern and point you in the right direction of support to sort this out.

This has nothing to do with QBO, and it's possibly an Outlook bug. Thanks for taking an interest, but this is not helpful - none of this is happening in a browser.
Note for Google and other searchers. This is an Outlook issue. There is a registry key you can get from Microsoft to temporarily fix the problem. See thread at https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/when-sending-emails-from-quickbooks-with-o... for more info.
