There's an ongoing investigation about getting this C=47 error. Normally, this issue happens if you sort your bills on the Pay Bills window by reference number. Our engineers have identified this as INV-68774 and are already working to get this fixed as soon as possible.
As an alternative, you shouldn't sort the Pay Bills window by reference number and ensure to leave it on the default if a bill needs to be edited from the window.
In the meantime, I suggest reaching out to our support team so they can investigate further and double-check what's causing the issue.
Furthermore, you may encounter and fix common errors when using QuickBooks. Make sure to get the most recent version of the Tool Hub. To know more, I've added this article for more details: Fix Common Problems And Errors With The QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub.
