We've recently updated a new way of contacting our Customer Support Team. From there, they can pull up your account and details in a secure session. Please know that this is a public forum and refrain from sharing any personal information like business details or phone numbers.

To get through to our support, simply click the Help icon from your QuickBooks Online account.

Here's how to contact us:

1. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
2. Select Contact Us on the pop-up.
3. Enter your question in the How can we help? field and choose Continue.
4. Click Get a callback.
   
5. Enter your contact information.
6. Select Call me.

To ensure we address your concern, our representatives are available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturdays, PST. For more information, check out our support hours.

This is a very stupid way of contacting. I need a direcdt phone to reach support. Yesterday Kendal L. did not help as if he does not know anything of QBO. He wasted my  time as well as his. Please put qualifed person ro answer all the questions in a profaessional way. Next time a peson came and close the talk as it was 9pm. This is really very bad.
