This is a very stupid way of contacting. I need a direcdt phone to reach support. Yesterday Kendal L. did not help as if he does not know anything of QBO. He wasted my time as well as his. Please put qualifed person ro answer all the questions in a profaessional way. Next time a peson came and close the talk as it was 9pm. This is really very bad.
