Connecting with our phone support is a breeze. You just need to use the Assistant icon to initiate a callback request from them. Let me guide you on how:
- Click the Assistant menu.
- Enter a keyword of your concern. Example: How many business miles did I log?
- Then, to connect with our live support directly, type Talk to a human.
- Select the Get help from a human option.
- Choose to Call an agent or Get a callback.
Our live support operating hours are from Monday to Friday 6 AM to 6 PM and on Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM Pacific Time. To know more, check out our support hours page.
