Please note that the Account type matters when creating a budget in QuickBooks Online (QBO), as this won't show up if it isn't classified under the correct type for the chosen Budget type.
For a Profit and loss budget, only accounts classified as Income or Expense will appear, so let's ensure that the existing account aligns with this type.
Conversely, for a Balance Sheet budget, make sure the account is classified as an Asset or Liability to display correctly.
