Can I customize "Purchase Order" form?

We can only modify transaction numbers, add custom fields, and enter a default message on purchases, Bdm11. Let me share this further.

 

Currently, the ability to customize templates for your Purchase Order (PO) forms is unavailable in the program.

 

QuickBooks Online utilizes the default PO templates, and you can add or create specific fields to help you track the information that matters most to you and your customers.

 

Let me show you how:

 

  1. In your QBO account, go to Settings and select the Expenses tab.
  2. Click the pencil (edit) icon on the Purchase orders row.
  3. Select the boxes for your fields and custom transaction numbers.
  4. Enter your message on the Default message on purchase orders box.
  5. Once done, click Save and Done.
