I can share some information about deleting all data and starting over to start fresh in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @susanmartindalze.
You can only delete your current account and then start over if it's less than 60 days. If it’s already beyond, I suggest cancelling your old account and creating a new one. It'll be automatically deleted a year after you’ve canceled it.
For a QBO account that is less than 60 days:
Whenever it exceeds 60 days, cancel your current account from the Account and Settings. Then, sign up for a new account.
