You can start fresh with your QuickBooks Online company data in two ways, depending on how long you've had your account and your subscription level.
Determine your company age
If you need to find out how old your company file is, sign in to QuickBooks Online to check. The method you use to start over depends on whether the company is less than 60 days old or more than 60 days old.
