Can i import our old invoice format, the ones QBO provides are beyond basic. We are A design company.

I can see the importance of importing your invoice template, Karrie.

The option to import invoice template is unavailable. With this, I'd suggest sending feedback to our product development team since we make updates based on user feedback.

Here’s how:

1. Select the Gear icon⚙.
2. In the Profile column, click Feedback.
3. Enter your comments and select Next to submit.
   

In the meantime, you can use your old template and set it as Default when creating an invoice. I'll guide you on how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
2. Click the drop-down arrow beside the template and select Make default.
   
3. In the Invoice window, click the Manage icon.
4. Select Design.
5. Click Other Templates.
