Can I migrate my business from online to 2018 Quickbooks?

I had a bookkeeper who did everything online, but now I'd like to simplify and go back to my trusty desktop QB 2018 version. My business is not large, I need to cut spending wherever possible and I'd prefer to not have to pay a subscription fee. I'm currently using Simple Start, is it possible to migrate back to 2018? I have heard it's possible and that there's a work-around.

In QuickBooks, we treat every business fairly and we believe that what works for some might not work for you.

While I'm unable to provide you with a specific converter tool, I can however give you our marketplace link where you'll be given lots of options and even personal recommendations from other customers as well who were able to use the tool.

Your QBD 2018 is outdated. You need to use a 3rd party migration tool. i.e TPExporter for Online and TPImporter for Desktop
