Can I print an "edit" sheet for the bills so that I can check expense and class before printing checks?

Hello, bray-wlgbc-com.

Welcome to the Community. To print the bill payment that was previously recorded or modify, locate it from the Expenses page, then select View/Edit from the Action column. Then select Print check

Also to confirm if they are compatible with QuickBooks printing alignment. I recommend following these articles:

Can I print an "edit" sheet for the bills so that I can check expense and class before printing checks?

I don’t think you understand my question. I want to go the pay bills screen and print out the entire list of bills with the expense account used and class. I know I can click on each bill and see this, but if I have a list of 15 bills, I want a list NOT have to individually click on each separate bill.

How do others that have one person who enters the bills and another who prints the check handle that edit process?

Let me help with your question about printing a particular page in QBO, bray-wlgbc-com.

We're unable to print and customize the Pay Bills screen to show the classes and accounts that are used in the transactions.

As a workaround, you can run the Transaction List with Splits report. Then, customize it to add a column for Class and will only show bills. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu and type in the name of the report in the Search bar.
  2. Click the Customize button in the upper-right hand corner.
  3. Scroll-down to Rows/Columns, then check the boxes for Account and Class.
  4. Proceed to Filter and check the box for Transaction Type.
  5. Click the drop-down beside Transaction Type and select Bill
  6. Change the Report Period to the date of the bills that you want to pay.
  7. Click Run report

You can also send feedback or feature requests about this. Feedback and product suggestions are directly sent to ur product engineers. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Click Next to submit feedback.

You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
