Can I share my account with my sister on the other side of the country?

Yes, you can @gather-ent by adding your sister as one of the users.

Let me show you how you can give access to her. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Manage users
  3. Tap the Add user button.
  4. Choose the type of user you want to create for her. See this article to help you decide: User types and user permissions in QuickBooks Online.
  5. Fill in your sister's user name and email address.
  6. Hit Save.

Once done, have her check the email address you set up to accept the invite. She can click on Let's go! link in the email to take her to a sign in or account creation page.
