Can I talk to a live person?

Since the last update, I can't seem to create an estimate/quote, that looks right.  It shows "paid in full" below the quoted dollar amount.  This is unacceptable.  How do I fix this?  The format that I have used in the past was perfect, I wonder why you changed this to something that I can't send to my customers!

Can I talk to a live person?

Hi there, cathy. I'm here to share some details about the changes of the interface.

It's possible that you're using the new estimate layout in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This is why there are some new changes after the update.

If you're using QBO Plus or Advanced, you can still go back to the previous interface by clicking the Switch to the old layout option. Here's how:

  1. Go to the + New and then select Estimates.
  2. Click the Old layout option.
  3. Hit Switch layout.

However, if you're on the Simple Start or Essentials version, I encourage sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve the features of the program. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the + New and then select Estimates.
  2. Click Feedback.
