Yes, Trias! You can upload multiple transactions from different currencies.
Before proceeding, ensure that the multicurrency is enabled in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
This feature is necessary for managing and recording transactions in various currencies, as QBO will not recognize or allow connections to foreign currency accounts without it.
Here's how to enable it:
- Navigate to Settings, then select Account and Settings.
- Choose Advanced.
- In the Currency section, click Edit ✎.
- From the Home Currency ▼ dropdown, choose your currency.
- Select the Multicurrency checkbox and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option.
- Hit Save.

After enabling multicurrency, you can manually upload your transactions, ensuring the file is in CSV format.
Here's how:
- Go to the Transactions tab, then click Bank Transactions.
- Click the dropdown icon, then select Upload from file.
- Select Drag and Drop or select Files and choose the file you downloaded from your bank, then hit Continue.

- Select your GL bank account from the Account name dropdown, then click Continue.

- Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields, then select Continue.

- Select the transactions you would like to import. Then select Continue.

7. Hit Yes.
