Since none of the browsers worked for you to access the Chart of Accounts page, I'd recommend contacting our Technical Support Team. They can review your account and see what's causing the unexpected behavior.
Once your access to the Chart of Accounts page is back, you should be able to get back on track. You'll be able to review your transactions and reconcile the accounts.
