Hi there, islandferries.
Thank you for visiting again the QuickBooks Community. I'll be sharing details to ensure you'll be able to log in with the chrome browser without any problems.
When you are experiencing pages that aren't fully loading or have blank pages in QuickBooks Online, there are three possible scenarios that may be causing the problem. However, before you start performing troubleshooting steps, you'll have to clear your browser's cache and internet temporary files first. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate.
Once done, you can now check for the following procedures that can fix the issue. To start with, one of the reasons why you're getting a blank screen or spinning ball is you have a character in the company name that is not allowed. Then, this will be caused by QuickBooks Online to begin giving you some problems with page loading and errors. To see a list of characters that are acceptable in your company name and how to resolve it, you can open this article: Acceptable characters in QuickBooks Online.
Next, there are might two or more adjacent dollar signs ($$, $$$, etc.) in any list or transaction data that would appear on the page that's not fully loading. Then, you may also notice blank pages if you signed in to the application separately in the additional tabs. To see the correct way how to work in more than one tab, you can click this article: QuickBooks Online doesn't load correctly or has blank pages.
Lastly, I'm adding this article to see various common signs in issues and how to fix them.: Get help if you can't sign in to your account.
Let me know if there's anything else you need help with an unexpected behavior that you might encounter in QBO. I'm always here to help you anytime. Take care and keep safe!

The solution worked for me thanks to the community and the members for the solution.
