QuickBooks Online doesn't load correctly or has blank pages

If you're interested in support any time, any day, consider upgrading to QuickBooks Online Advanced.
Loading errors or blank pages typically occur due to special characters in your company name, specific data formatting issues, or simultaneous browser sessions. Review the scenarios below to resolve these performance issues.
Check for special characters
If your company name includes unsupported characters, QuickBooks Online may encounter loading errors.
Refer to our list of acceptable character in company names to verify your company name complies with accepted formats.
Remove adjacent dollar signs
Pages containing lists or transaction data may not load completely if fields contain two or more adjacent dollar signs (for example, "$$" or "$$$").
- Review data fields, such as the memo field in the Check window.
- Remove instances of adjacent dollar signs (for example, change "College $$" to "College $").
Accessing QuickBooks Online in multiple tabs
You may encounter blank pages if you sign in to the application separately in additional browser tabs.
Use the following workflow to correctly work in multiple tabs:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online in your initial tab.
- Go to the browser address bar, highlight the text, and copy the entire web address.
- Open a new browser tab.
- Paste the web address into the new tab, then press Enter.
