Can't run the 'Sales by Product/Service Summary' report. Only the detailed report works. Can anyone help?

Our engineers are aware of this issue and working hard to resolve this. The investigation number is INV-44597. I encourage you to give us a call to be added to the list of concerned users. This way, you will be able to get notifications once the issue is resolved. Here's how to contact us:
1. Click the Help (?) icon.
2. Choose Contact Us.
3. Enter a brief description of your situation in the What can we help you with? area, then click Let's talk.
4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Get a call.
