So, Intuit has decided to spy on us even more, and forces us to log in to our QB account when opening a company file. I've done this in the past with my current login info but, for some reason, the box is populating with my OLD username that I haven't used in almost 2 years. The entry box will NOT let me use my new username. Is there any way to change this? Do I just need to go back to my old username and create a new password, since the pw for that old login doesn't work?
For the record, I do NOT like, in any way, shape or form, this "feature" and it smacks of spying, no matter what Intuit calls it.

My issue is that I created a NEW username some time ago that I use to log into all facets of Intuit; my account, support, Community, etc. The box keeps populating with my OLD username and I CAN NOT DELETE OR OVERWRITE IT TO ENTER MY NEW USERNAME. What do I do now? This was NOT a problem a few months ago when Intuit decided to introduce this idiocy, and only started after the last update.

I have the same problem - Intuit is useless.
This isn't the kind of experience we want you to have, Sherall0.
We always take data security and protection seriously. That is why, in order to comply with government regulations, we added an extra layer of security by allowing you to create a username and password.
