Are you not seeing the This month option from the other drop-downs? If so, let’s perform some browser troubleshooting steps that can help us isolate this. Try logging into your QuickBooks account via an incognito/private browser. Then, try to check if the option showed up.
If you get the same result while using an incognito/private browser. I suggest switching to a different browser.
But if you’re referring to the date range that is not the same, you’ll need to manually change the date range into This month. This way, every time you’ll log in to your account it will show to your dashboard.
