If that is, you may need to update your payment card and billing information. Follow these steps to update your billing information.
Here's how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
- Go to Settings, then select Account and Settings.
- Select the Billing & subscription tab.
- Select Edit ✎ for your Payment method.
- Update your billing info.
- Select Save.
