This error happens when the saved credentials on the Bank transactions page of QuickBooks Online are no longer valid, ckhogue.nsm.
Here are the steps to update the credentials and refresh the connection:
- Navigate to the Bank transactions page, and locate the tile for the connected bank you'd like to update.
- Click the Edit (pencil icon) and select Edit account sign in.
- Clear the auto-filled username and password fields.
- Enter the updated bank credentials.
- Select Update to refresh the connection.
