When a browser stored a lot of caches, it could cause problems like not being able to open a new window or latency issue. As an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.
If you're still unable to open a new window through the accountant tools, let's log into your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito window. It's a great way to isolate browser-related issues since it doesn't store data in the cache. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P
