If I try to open QB on my desktop, I get the message "Quickbooks 2019 quit unexpectedly..." The program won't even open. I have macOS Monterey 12.2.1. Any ideas on where to go from here?

If you are on the latest release and still getting the same result, you'll want to do the Verify and Rebuild Data. This tools find the most common data issues in a company file and fixes them.

Same - download the latest release. You can also hold the option key down while launching (which avoids opening your company file) and see if that works. If it does run QuickBooks->Check for Updates to download the latest release.
