You may encounter the error message when performing one of the following:
- Emailing a large report
- Working randomly on transactions, such as Invoices and Sales Orders
- Running many reports side by side
- Working in different Centers
- Working in the Report Center
To fix this, let's make sure to always update your QuickBooks Desktop for Mac to the latest release as it becomes available. This is to ensure you have all the updated components.
If you are on the latest release and still getting the same result, you'll want to do the Verify and Rebuild Data. This tools find the most common data issues in a company file and fixes them.
