Cannot sign in for days

Second time this has happened.  I cannot sign into my Quickbooks Self Employed just get the swirly thing.  I tried different browsers same thing.

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

If it's successful, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system.

Cannot sign in for days

Yes had to do a couple of things you suggested but I can now sign in again.  I will be keeping your answer for future reference because this is the second time this has happened.  Thanks.
