3 1/2 hours on phone today. 2 different peopled helped me. Did not do anything to help other than waste my time. had me repeat same thing over and over again. than got insulted when i asked to speak to someone in charge after 2 hours on phone. Of course no one was avaliable, had to schedule a time for a supervisor to call me back. To no suprise, no call. Just looking to get this error code fixed. Been usuing this for years never had an issue other than this customer service. everybody seems to thing no big deal because they are getting paid to be on phone to figure error out but no body paying me for my wasted time.

2 different errors, one says (ol 205) the otherone is that the company snapshot will not close. Everytime I try it kicks me out of quickbooks. i have multiple business on the program and they all work fine it is only in that one company. The (ol 205) happens when I try to do bank feeds and we have tried evrything to fix it. From the bank trying for 3 hours to you guys trying for 3 hours, I think its time to escalate. I need it fixed and i have been patient to this point.
just called again for the tenth time with no help. went over case number with her and she keeps apoligizing like every body else. I went over all phone calls with her which she says is documented and actually felt sorry for me. supervisor was to call me yesterday never did and now they tell me i need to wait for 24-48 hours for Jelo the supervisor to call me back. this is nuts. We all are going through covid. This is no excuse for a simply phone call. please advise

Of couse going on two weeks and still no response. You guys are killing me and my year end bonuses for my employees. Not fair to treat customers like this. Actually embarrassing for such a large company
