Buy nowI have a case# for something I was told was a known problem and it has been worked on for many months. It is very important to me. Is there anyway you can view a case# on-line to determine where it stands? If not that would be very helpful and would save some lengthy phone calls.
I can see you need to view the status of a case online using a case number in QuickBooks Online (QBO), darrell. Let me help you with how to seek assistance from our live representative in QuickBooks Online.
It would be best to reach out to our QuickBooks Online support again and let them review the case on your behalf. Our phone representative can provide you with a convenient way to track the status of the known problem that is important to you.
Here's how:
Once connected with a support agent, state the case number related to the known problem that has been worked on for many months. The support agent should be able to access the history of support tickets/cases within your account and provide you with the current status of the case.
By engaging with QuickBooks support, you can efficiently determine and obtain the information you need regarding the ongoing resolution of the issue. Have a great day.
