When I registered my product, I entered the wrong email address and didn't catch it. Now, anytime I try to login in to anything it wants to verify my identity using my email address, which of course, is wrong, so no verification, I get no where. I can login in to "Edit your login ID" but when I enter the correct address and hit save, it comes back with invalid credentials and offers to solution to the problem.
How do I change my email address without using the wrong email address as verification?
Does any one know of a "human" contact point at Intuit for service issues?
And for the record, in case Intuit tries to send a response to this email to [email address removed] - this is incorrect. The correct email is [email address removed]
