Chart of Accounts

Thanks for reaching out in the Community, @PremierRef2019. I’m here to provide you information on which chart of accounts can be used for Sirius XM radio charges.

In QuickBooks Desktop, you can use an expense account for Sirius XM radio charges. If you don’t have it yet, you can follow the outlined steps below to set it up.

1. Go to the Lists menu, then choose Chart of Accounts.
2. From the Account dropdown, click New.
3. Select an account type (expense), then hit Continue.
4. Complete the account details.
5. Press Save & Close.

You can also reach out to your accountant for other options. They can share insights to ensure your books are accurate.
