Checks not printing correctly

I have tried everything to get my checks to print correctly. All the steps for fixing the alignment in QuickBooks and on phone calls (they are both the same) I have spent weeks and tons of paper and toner. Still no one with QuickBooks could help. I am very wary of going rouge and messing with things but I was desperate. Sooo I fixed it!!!! Wana know how??? All I did was open a browser I have never used before (Microsoft Edge, I usually use Google Chrome) I logged into my QuickBooks account, created a check, went through the steps to align the check and Magic fixed. Now it sucks to have to bounce back and forth just to print a check but at least my employees are not getting turned away form the bank because my writing sucks.

Checks not printing correctly

Here's how:

  1. Close Acrobat/Reader and all open web browser windows.
  2. Select the Start button at the bottom left of your screen.
  3. Type Control Panel, and then press Enter.
  4. Select Programs and Features, Acrobat or Adobe Reader, and then click Uninstall/Change.
  5. In the Setup dialog box, select Next.
  6. Select Repair, Next, and then select Install.
  7. When the process is complete, click Finish.
  8. Restart your computer.
  9. Log back in to QuickBooks Online, and then try to print a sample check.

After giving these steps a try, let me know if your check alignment is fixed. I'll be around if you need more help.
